The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by you, depending on the type, within 3-30 days by the manufacturer or courier service, in packaging that complies with legal requirements.
If the delivery time promised in advance changes due to an unexpected reason, we will notify you at one of the contact details provided (by e-mail, telephone or SMS).
Some products can only be picked up in person at our site. This is indicated in the description of the respective products. When purchasing these products, please select the personal receipt delivery method.
Shipping charges
We charge a delivery fee of HUF 2,600 + VAT per order. In the case of orders requested with cash on delivery, the delivery fee is HUF 3,700 + VAT, which includes the price of delivery and cash on delivery.
Gepilatas.hu is a commercial company that connects manufacturers and customers, so it cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen consequences, so the buyer cannot refuse to accept it.
